This building Modern design was achieved with the use of hot rolled steel trims, cedar siding, and natural stone veneer.

After an extensive renovation, the building was completely transformed from an old musty restaurant to a modern and vibrant restaurant with a chic and classy atmosphere, Steakhouse 89. The patrons are greeted at the entrance with a custom design hot rolled steel hostess station and a 10' x 5' backlight onyx slab on the wall. Once inside the main space the custom design bar with backlight onyx counter top sits in the diddle of the space like an horseshoe inviting patrons to conversate with each other, on the side of the bar private booths were designed to enhance the culinary experience. The space was designed with lots of emphasis on materials and lighting, in order to create a unique and inviting place for patrons to enjoy.
